“Why should I join YOU in your network marketing business?”

This is a question that most people encounter while trying to build their business. Why should anyone consider you as a sponsor, mentor and coach to help them build a successfully business?
There are probably hundreds, maybe even thousands of other reps they can team up with. So I pose the question again, why should they join you? What’s in it for them?

When building an online business, you need to stand out from the crowd. You need to offer some form of ongoing training and coaching that will help your team grow and develop.
There are many reps out there that simply sign people up and disappear shortly after and than in a few short weeks, their team leaves the company. There is no reason to puzzle why this occurs if you’re not sticking with your team and helping them develop.
